Nella lingua fellinese, il suono "eu" presenta una caratteristica fonetica che richiama quella del dialetto ligure, dove l'influenza francese è percepibile, come nel termine "feu". Questa peculiarità si riflette anche nella varietà di scritture per il nome del regno, Landopia, la cui forma più diffusa nella scrittura fellinese è Landeuppia. Tale variante, riconosciuta come la più comunemente adottata, può presentare diverse accentuazioni, come Landeuppìa o Landöppìa, in cui si evidenziano sfumature fonetiche specifiche degli accenti locali. Forme più complesse, invece, si rifanno all’ortografia napoletana e adottano grafie come Land’èppja o Landòpp-ia.

È interessante notare che la variante più vicina al ligure è Landeuppia nella grafia unitàia e Landöppia nella grafia ufficiale. Tuttavia, è raro trovare trascrizioni con una sola "p"; un'eccezione storica si trova in una vecchia pagina del censimento, dove il nome appare come Landôpia.

Nel contesto formale, solo la grafia Landeuppia è ufficialmente approvata. Anche se forme come Landöppia appaiono talvolta, non sono generalmente utilizzate, mentre varianti come Landeuppìa risultano le più comuni nelle trascrizioni informali.

In the Fellini language, the sound "eu" has a phonetic characteristic that recalls that of the Ligurian dialect, where the French influence is perceptible, as in the term "feu". This peculiarity is also reflected in the variety of writings for the name of the kingdom, Landopia, whose most widespread form in the Fellini writing is Landeuppia. This variant, recognized as the most commonly adopted, can have different accentuations, such as Landeuppìa or Landöppìa, in which phonetic nuances specific to local accents are highlighted. More complex forms, however, are based on Neapolitan orthography and adopt spellings such as Land’èppja or Landòpp-ia.

It is interesting to note that the variant closest to Ligurian is Landeuppia in the unitary spelling and Landöppia in the official spelling. However, it is rare to find transcriptions with a single "p"; a historical exception is found in an old census page, where the name appears as Landôpia.
